Just thought that I`d mention for the benefit of anyone interested that a 56lb Cat came out of Chigborough this morning so it appears that the odd one can
still be picked up even this late in the season.

Was that by design?. If so, fair play to them, nice fish, I gave up weeks ago.

I think it was a boilie basher Jilesy, it is a very shallow lake (average about 4ft), Its been very warm and sunny down this way for a few days so that
probably had something to do with it.

I had a 41lber from Willow Lake, Fenland Fisheries early this morning. It's been a nice week weatherwise, the last couple of nights were very mild. I had
it on pellet in 8 feet of water, just after it started to drizzle & the wind pick up from the North, straight into my face.
The bait still looked good, so I stung it back out in the general direction
& an hour later a 33lb mirror picked it up! That's it for me for this season, that was my first cat since mid August.
