Stick me down please Kev. My girlfriend will be coming with me too. Cancer has played a large part in both our lives over recent years (it claimed my
Grandad's life two years ago and my girlfriend's Mum has just pulled through a very recent scare...) and it would be great to be a part of this.

I'm up for it too,count me in. I spoke to warren the other day,he says you might be looking at using his venue? He seemed quite keen, would be a good early season venue and produce some big cats too. |

Waiting for Warren to get back to me mate , do you think we could get enough on there , I reckon we will have about 50 so that would be 25 pairs. We are up to 24 so far! . I've put you on the list mate. Hi Lloydy We are looking at end of may early june as I want to avoid the holiday season , you could enquire at sale for me and get some prices but I,m worried it,s a bit far for me to organize getting everything there and setting it up , but i,m not saying no mate as we may need that type of size venue. No probs mate. Just let me know if you're struggling for a venue. I'll defo be able to get it. Normal price is £10 per 24 hour, but I'd be able to
sweet talk Dennis, especially if there's plenty of us.. I'm a member anyway so I'd jus put the money to your charity.

Sale would be good - there is also a big reservoir (day ticket) in the Ian Welsh feature of the Anglers Mail that might be good as well that contains some big
Cats its near Northampton but I can't remember the name of it right now!

Could you have a word with Dennis for me please mate and get a price for the venue , I reckon we will be looking at about 25 pairs and some space for stands and a bbq etc , the thought of fishing in the shadow of the hallowed ground is begining to appeal lol

Dennis has just phoned me wonderin when i'm comin on coz he's sick of #$!% lads gettin smashed to bits. A mate of mine got chewed up and spat out by a
cat last night. He's a good angler too.
I asked him bout the charity doo, an he said he'd close the whole lake for us, and at a discount too. I should imagine about £7 or £8 per 24hour. So if you can't find anywhere else mate, sale's a go'er. Keep at EM,

Hi All Have just spoke to John at Celtic Lakes Resorts(http://www.celticlakesresort.com/) and I have got to go up and meet him re the charity event , he seem a really nice guy and is enthusiastic about the event. I will keep you all posted on the outcome. 256 cats to 60lbs in 17 Acres , bring it on. Regards Kev
