Hi All
Thanks again for all your kind words. The competition peg draw wil be between 8am and 9am on the tuesday 9/06/09, will be having raffles and draws and a cash pool over the two days plus probably a little casting comp so bring some extra pennies with you, all proceeds gathered over the two days will be for Farliegh Hospice who cared for Sally so well at the end of her life. Sally Perry Memorial Shield - Fishing holiday for two on the Ebro which was donated by Lake Escapes - Largest total weight of Catfish for an entered pair Katmandoo Team Cup - Fishing holiday for up to eight people which was donated by David Preist Milin-De-Ruchec - Largest total weight of Catfish for an entered Team Jamie Carney Memorial Cup - Fishing holiday for two at Celtic Lake Resorts which was donated by John Carney - Largest Catfish caught by an entered individual Raffle to be held at the event - Fishing trips and tackle etc Best Regards Kev

Have just had the news from John Carney that our event in Wales at Celtic Lake Resorts is to be the first ever "British Catfish Championships" so the individual with the largest weight of Catfish will come away "British Catfish Champion"and the pair with the largest weight of Catfish will be the "British Catfish Pairs Champions" as well as being the holders of the "Sally Perry Memorial Shield", I am over the moon with John's decision and I hope that it give's you guys a real boost , you have supported a great event for Sally and it has had it's rewards, well done and a big thanks to John again.
