They are one of my favorites being honest. Then Gudgeon then Silver fish
 Top of the tree is small +%*! being truthful though.
Took Cats to over 20 this time on perch live baits |

Hi Steve,
Had 5 cats this year on dead perch. When I used to fish Jones's I caught dozens of cats on live and dead perch, very often that was the only bait species we could get there at the time. Regards, Maurice |

Hi Steve,
i've caught both cats and zander on perch live baits. They are a very tough and active livey so are ideal for fishing through the night with. |

Perch are a cracking bait & I've caught loads on em!

there's a reason why they are covered with spines mate.. they are top fodder... some people who eat them (not me) say perch are even tastier than bass!
they'll keep going for at least 24 hrs if you winch them out. |
