hi all looking to buy some cat rods bin looking at the catfish persuader ones,dont want anything that weighs a ton something light but able to handle cats up
to say60 pound.

You could also try here for some spod rods http://www.tackle-trader....eds/CPViewInCat.asp?ID=5 its mainly a c@*p site. and I don't know what your budget is but they have/had some good offers in the shop on here, with member discount. I use the Nash Venom 4lb spod rods -- courtesy of my loving girlfriend at Xmas -- and they're still being given away for about £45 each, whilst they're
generally being touted at around £80 a piece. I'll post the link up here tomorrow as I can't for the life of me remember the name of the tackle shop. I
heart them greatly!

Katmandoo do a nice cat rod on a harrison blank, you could also get Dave Lumb at DLST to build you a Cat rod. He builds on Harrison Blanks as well and I think
his rods are excellent.
