Just back from a cheeky 4 day, 3 night session @ Woodies.
Reckon i trod in something lucky on the way round or had stolen some of Mr Lamberts patented bollok shine!
Had a great session.
Two small kittens, 12-12, 17-6, 26-12, 39-8 and top top it all off ANOTHER PB of 49 lbs 9ozs.
Ok so i missed out on the magical nifty fifty mark but who cares.
As an interesting aside, I lost a very large fish on Monday that took me through some lily pads with the hooklength parting a few inches from the hook, (1st fish loss by rig/line failure in years!!) low and behold 30 hrs later i catch my new PB with my LOST circle hook & bait stop firmly in the corner of its mouth. Two totally different methods too!
It's also the same fish I caught as my previous PB back in April @ 46.10 so its gained almost 3 pounds (bit like me)
