Well ive caught my first cat of the season all 22lb of it on a live bait was well happy 
I had a chat with the owner and he is getting rid of all cats below 20lb in november he said the EA wont let him move any cats to any other lakes or sell them
and if he does the will charge him 5 grand per fish 
so I asked him what
he was doing with them he said he has contacted the CCG as would rather give them away than kill them but will have no choice unless the CCG can find a loop
hole as the water quality is bad due to a massive fish population he thinks there are about 500 cats in there now
Im not sure if the CCG can do anything but it would be a shame for these fish to die as could help to restock other lakes like Adams Pool

come on C.C.G . work it out . thoes that are in the know ,and know all the loop holes , please dont let fish die .otherwise whats the point .atb. this will
show what is really important .

There not my fish and ive only fished the lake once but just dont like to see these fish die when they can help to stock other lakes

swangey lakes are 2 miles from attleborough in norfolk.
there have been rumours of netting the lake many times over last 18 months,never happened yet! went down there during the week,there was a dead cat floating in the lake,at least 20lb,probably more,it was near the island,so only saw it through binoculars.4 days it had been floating around the lake.also apparently a dead 20lb mudpig in the shallows,bailiff hadn't bothered clearing them up. |
