Hi Lads
The three trophies for the event are as follows Katmandoo Charity Shield for the Largest weight of Catfish for an entered pair Jamie Carney Memorial Cup for the Largest Catfish caught to an entered individual Katmandoo Team Cup for the Largest weight of Catfish for an entered Team We are in the throws of allocating the prizes for the above elements of the competition and will post them up shortly , there will also be runners up prizes. There will be a raffle while the event is on for a fishing holiday prize so bring some extra pennies lads , there will also be some cash pools running. I will also no doubt be rattling some rather large buckets ! Best Regards Kev

Ok guys some good news and some bad news , bad news first , Bev and Chris Street and two friends are unable to attend the competition now, due to a change in circumstances, I am sorry to here this as I was looking forward to meeting them all , the good news is there are now four places available for anyone that still wants to get on the competition , only two weeks to go now so if you want to fish let me know quickly and get your money off in the post. Thanks for your support. On a sadder note I have to tell you Sally left us yesterday morning, words can not tell you what a loss we are feeling and the void we have in our lives today, Sally was a great Wife, Mother and Grandma. I,d like to thank everyone who has supported us with so many kinds words and thoughts over the last eighteen months and for those who have got behind me with the Katmanddo charity shield event , I am sure you will agree with my desision to change the name of the shield to "The Sally Perry Memorial Shield" Rest in peace my sweetheart with no more fighting and no more pain. kev i fully understand how you must be feeling at this sad time mate .there isnt words anyone can say at this sad time to take away the terrible pain and loss
